Accountabilities

The jobholder is Brand Manager for Looza for the retail and OOH channel in Belux (and occasionally other countries when requested) and will report operationally and functionally for this part to the Marketing Manager Beverages Belux.

The role of the Brand Manager is to look for the implementation and the follow-up of the different marketing activities and markets (promotional & launch plans, budget follow-up, data gathering, tracking and evaluation) and to elaborate the AOP (prepare brand reviews with deep dive in available data , elaboration of key learnings to help determine bold strategies and tactics for annual plan) Take also very active role in elaborating long term plans strategies along with the Marketing Manager.

The Brand Manager will also be in charge of establishing a good relationship with the agencies (research, design, promo…) and other internal departments involved (trade marketing, sales, factory, finance …).

Key skills / experience required

• University degree or assimilate (Business School/Marketing school)
• Experience in Marketing of FMCG for 2 year min, ideally 3 to 4 years.
• Good negotiator
• Open to other cultures
• Analytical and Creative
• Time Management skills
• Experience in Promotion Agencies Management (briefing/control).
• Experience in Research Agencies Management
• Some experience in Media Agency management
• Good Communication skills and strong leadership skills (take others with you)
• Multilanguage Dutch French English
• Computers Literate (PowerPoint/excel/word, internet …)
• Result oriented/Problem solving character
• Flexible
• Pro-active self starter
• Good Team Player Good Team player with good “take others with you” skills / Commercial attitude (ready to help)/Leadership (show the way too)
