The story behind our people

I've done just about everything on the workfloor, from packing machine operator and packer to labeller and paletter. It's great that you learn it all from basics. I've been working here for five years now and I still enjoy it a lot.

I'm even on the Safety Team. We look at how we can improve safety and add enhancements - for example, wearing fluorescent jackets around the forklift area. I also work on Quality Control – submitting steel to the laboratory, checking the packaging, testing the syrups. It is anything but boring. You can learn so much here and your colleagues are very helpful. It's certainly not chain work! The atmosphere is very friendly. If you are helped yourself, then you go and help others and people really listen to you.

At this moment, we're working on a project with two new formats. This renovation and expansion is very exciting and we're working with the very latest computer-controlled technology. Do you know what's also nice? If we have a number of days without an accident, we are rewarded. The last time, we had a pizza stall outside.

Every box that leaves here comes from our hands. We are truly proud of our work. What's my favourite flavour? Give me the Original!
