The story behind our people

Every day, I ensure that our 360 process operators work efficiently. The person with the right qualifications in the right place! Sometimes I have to be quite creative but you can plan quite a lot in advance. If, for example, one morning you hear that three people are absent due to illness and you have to reschedule to let everything run smoothly it creates a certain satisfaction. It's also appreciated by the management. What's more, I have very nice colleagues. In Planning we are a close group of four people who can always count on each other.

Now and then, it gets a bit hectic with all lines running at full speed. I love the pressure and the challenge of getting everything done each day. It is, of course, also reassuring that there is plenty of work. I do my job with great pleasure, I've really grown into it and that's why I'm not at all in a hurry to look for something else. Every day, I look forward to going to work and not everyone can say that.
