Selection procedure

Applying for a white-collar job? Please follow these steps in the selection procedure.

Step 1: your CV is screened, sometimes pre-screening via the telephone takes place.
For some jobs, we work with a recruitment agency: the first screening is then undertaken by that specific agency.

Step 2: interview with an HR employee and a line manager.

Step 3: second interview with a next level manager. Depending on the vacancy, some extra tests are conducted:

• a personality questionnaire.
• an analytical test.
• an Assessment Centre, with role play and/or a business case.

After each step, we guarantee solid feedback.
